Recover Like You Train
With Room to Do It Properly
Far infrared sauna, hot plunge, and cold plunge, one warehouse-sized recovery zone, zero waiting.
The Three Zones
Far Infrared Sauna
Deep, gentle heat that works below the surface, helping your body sweat out the day and ease tired muscles.
Hot Plunge Pool
The warm-up your circulation actually wants, loosens tight muscles and eases post-leg-day tension.
Cold Plunge Pool
The reset button, supports faster recovery and delivers the same mental clarity athletes have relied on for decades.
Value a full routine, not just a workout
Your Muscles Don’t Get Stronger in the Gym
They get stronger after, in the recovery window most people skip entirely. That’s the gap RECOVERY closes.
- Train more often without breaking down: Faster recovery between sessions means higher training frequency, sustainably.
- Better circulation, better conditioning: The heat-cold "pumping" effect supports cardiovascular health.
- Less soreness after hard sessions: Reduced DOMS after heavy or unfamiliar workouts.
- A genuine mental reset: Cold exposure is a well-known tool for building mental resilience.
Recovery Shouldn’t Be the Part of Fitness You Skip
Dear Fellow Fitness Enthusiast,
Be honest, how many times have you skipped stretching, skipped the ice bath, skipped anything that wasn’t the actual workout, because recovery always feels like the “extra” step?
At most gyms, recovery is an afterthought. A cramped steam room. A single tiny plunge pool everyone’s fighting over. If it even exists at all.
Introducing RECOVER, a dedicated Triple Contrast Therapy zone at Optimum Fit PJ, built with the same warehouse-sized breathing room you already know us for.
Questions About RECOVERY
Is RECOVERY really included, or is there a catch?
Recovery access is sold separately. Talk to our friendly staff for exact plan details.
Why is this cheaper than dedicated recovery clubs?
Because we’re not building a business around recovery alone, it’s one part of a 25,000 sq ft facility.
What if I only want RECOVERY, not a full gym membership?
That’s what the RECOVERY Day Pass is for, full access to the contrast therapy flow without needing a gym membership.
How long is a typical session?
Most members spend 30–45 minutes moving through the full sauna → hot plunge → cold plunge cycle, often 2–3 rounds.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome during operating hours (6AM–12AM daily).
What should I bring?
Swimwear/Sportwear, a towel, and slides. Lockers and shower facilities are available on-site.
Real Space. Real Equipment. Real Results.
