Where is Optimum Fit located?

We are centrally located in Petaling Jaya (PJ) Seksyen 51A, Selangor. The current referral program rewards apply to memberships at this premier facility. Check with the front desk for multi-location access options.

Can I refer more than Three people?

Absolutely! The “Referral Program” tier is a starting point for our most connected members. If you are exceptionally successful, we are happy to discuss custom rewards or exclusive Personal Training packages. We are the most rewarding gym in Selangor for a reason.

Is there an expiry date on my free months?

Your free months are added consecutively to the end of your current contract. They do not expire as long as your account remains active.

What if my friend wants a trial first?

They should! A walk-in rate with only RM38 session is part of their onboarding experience, ensuring they love the facility before committing.

How exactly does the "Free Month" reward work?

When your friend signs up for a membership (min 6 months contract), we add 30 days to the end of your current billing cycle. If you have a 12-month contract, it effectively becomes a 13-month contract at no extra cost to you!

What happens if I refer someone and they only join for a month?

You still get your reward! As long as they sign up for a standard 6 month or annual package, your free month is triggered immediately upon their successful registration. Please talk to our friendly admin.

Does my friend have to mention my name?

Yes, to ensure you get the credit, it’s best if they mention your name during their first visit or trial session.

Can I refer someone who used to be a member?

Our referral program is designed for new members who haven’t trained with Optimum Fit in the last 12 months. This helps us grow our community with fresh faces!

How do I track my rewards and "Ambassador" status?

You can check your status at the front desk or via our member app.
